Hello and welcome home.
I am a 6′4″, 800lb Gorilla in South Florida who specializes in getting attention. I do not like being ignored, and I pretty much sit where ever I want. I am a happy and freethinking ape who loves interacting with others out there who feel the same way.
I am an active member in the mortgage industry for over 4 years, however I have a vast knowledge and experience in multimedia. I love the real estate/mortgage industry which is why I continue to be involved regardless of its roller coaster rides of success and casualty. My main specialty is Reality Home Tours by presenting a cinematic showcase for the housing market.
Growing up and living in South Florida is a fantastic experience for me. Unfortunately things have soured in this area due to insurance increases from hurricane damages; over valued properties which have slammed owners with hefty taxes; and an unforgiving mortgage industry which has been a pawn for wall street’s secondary market demands (or greed.)
My purpose for The Jungle Blog is to serve the real estate and mortgage industry with my degree of insight and positioning. I am not an absolute expert. I am simply a participant just like you, yet to be a master one must first be mature as a persistent student.
My intentions are for us all to become an asset to one another. Together, we are the most powerful resource for marketing, knowledge, insight, experience, and community. I encourage your feedback and acquaintance in The Jungle Blog.
One thing for sure I will always be an expert as The 800lb Gorilla by simply being myself. It is a jungle out there. Walk with The 800lb Gorilla or get monkeys on your back!
